Black + White: Intimate Landscapes

This portfolio features Sarah Marino’s photos of intimate landscapes, presented in black and white. Intimate landscapes often encompass a narrow field of view, usually lacking the sweeping nature of a grand landscape or the magnification of a small subject in macro photography, instead falling somewhere in between. An intimate landscape typically focuses on the arrangement of smaller details of a landscape into a photo—a slice of the landscape.
