Portraits of Plants

The botanical world is full of repetition and patterns, from tiny, intricate shapes on the underside of a leaf to large expanses of repeating plants that can fill an entire meadow. Finding these arrangements, both in wild places and cultivated gardens, is a primary focus for my photography. I look for shapes, colors, lines, and textures and then work to organize these elements into graceful compositions. Click here to return to my portfolio homepage.
